Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 26 1/2 ounce jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked large elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown meat and onion over medium-high heat in skillet; drain.
- Season with salt and pepper; if desired. Add spaghetti sauce and water; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni.
- Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cheese. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
