Ingredients
- 2 pound package of frozen hashbrown potatoes or 5 cups diced potatoes, boiled, cooled
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, grated
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together except cheese in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Put over the cheese corn flakes and melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Serve with grilled smoked ham slices, fruit, and bread or muffins.
