- 4 eggs
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

- Add cream style corn, kernel corn, vegetable oil, Cheddar cheese, and corn muffin mix to a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix well after each addition.
