Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10-ounces) package frozen mixed - vegetables,thawed,drained.
- 2 1/4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 1 cup American cheese, cubed
- 2 4/5 cans (2.8-ounces) French fried-onions, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Beat cream cheese with milk in large bowl; add mixed vegetables, potatoes, ham, 3/4 cup of the cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
- Cover and bake for 35 minutes or until heated through.
- Top remaining 1/4 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
