Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Mix together first 7 ingredients. Put in greased 1-quart casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in 1 cup bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
