Mexican Lasagna
"This is one of my favorite dishes to make. I have made it so many times, and every time, it never lasts too long. It's a great dish to make earlier in the day for later, and also reheats well. There is a lot of room for add-ins, like peppers, onions and jalapenos - or even mushrooms. Serve with Mexican rice, or chips and salsa. I've also made just the meat mixture, and served with tortilla chips. Versatile."

- 16 Oz Can of Refried Beans

- 15 Oz Can of Black Beans
- 15 Oz Can of Corn
- 6 Medium Tortillas
- 2 Cup of Water
