Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 10 ounce ham steak, cubed
- 6 cup frozen shredded potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cup corn flakes, lightly crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the green onions until soft about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the sour cream and soup and cook until bubbly. Add the cheese and stir until fully melted.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the ham and shredded potatoes. Mix until well combined.

Pour into the baking dish.

In a medium bowl mix the melted butter with the crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of the casserole.

Bake for 40 minutes until hot and the top is golden.
