Ingredients
- 2 can tiny salad shrimp
- 2 can good quality crabmeat
- 1 cup finely chopped green and red bell pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Flake the crabmeat. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Grease a baking pan and put the mixed ingredients in the pan, smoothing it out without pushing it down too much.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers as appetizer or over a bed of rice as an entree.
