Silly Nacho Casserole
If you love nachos, you'd be crazy not to try this Silly Nacho Casserole! Turn your favorite appetizer into a tasty main dish for dinner. This is one of the easiest ground beef casseroles to make. Everyone is sure to love it, especially the kids!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef (browned)
- taco seasoning (to taste)
- 1 cup salsa
- 3 cup crushed nacho cheese corn chips (ie. Doritos)
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- extra cheese, salsa, lettuce, and tomato, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brown ground beef. Drain and add taco seasoning to taste.
- Stir in salsa and heat thoroughly.
- Prepare pan by spraying lightly with cooking spray.
- Place half of corn chips in bottom of prepared pan.
- Spread meat mixture over chips.
- Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Top with cheese and remaining chips.
- Bake until cheese is melted.
- Note: Add zip with extra salsa, cheese, lettuce and tomato after baking or on the plate before serving.
