Ingredients
- 1 can (27-ounce) sauerkraut, drained
- 4 tablespoon thousand island salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3 (3-ounce) packages pressed corned beef, chopped
- 2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread sauerkraut in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Spread thousand island dressing over this and then sprinkle with caraway seeds.
- Layer with chopped corned beef and then Swiss cheese.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and then dot with margarine.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
