    Ingredients

    • 6 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 3/4 can (soup can) water
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon worchestershire sauce

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
       
    2. In skillet, brown hamburger and onion until hamburger is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain.
       
    3. In greased 9x13 baking dish, place sliced potatoes and sprinkle with salt.
       
    4. Place hamburger and onions over potatoes.
       
    5. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients until well blended and pour over hamburger.
       
    6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
