Weeknight Casserole

This hamburger and potato casserole recipe is quick and easy, so it's perfect for dinner when you're in a pinch for time. Weeknight Casserole is a recipe with ground beef, potatoes, onion, and more. Cream of mushroom soup is used to make this dish creamy, and a variety of other ingredients give it great flavor. This crowd-pleasing bake is one of those recipes you turn to when you don't want to put much effort into cooking dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 can (soup can) water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In skillet, brown hamburger and onion until hamburger is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain.

In greased 9x13 baking dish, place sliced potatoes and sprinkle with salt.

Place hamburger and onions over potatoes.

In a bowl combine remaining ingredients until well blended and pour over hamburger.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
