- 12 slices whole grain bread
- 15 slices of ham
- 1 package shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cup whole milk
- 4 cup corn flakes cereal

Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish or spray with cooking oil.

Place 5 slices of bread to fit over entire bottom of dish.

Cover bread with slices of ham and colby jack cheese.

Add an additional layer of remaining bread over ham and cheese.

Mix together milk, eggs, mustard, and hot sauce.

Pour egg mixture evenly over the casserole.

Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven until set and lightly browned, about 1 hour. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
