Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs1
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons of butter, divided
- 2 (8-ounces each) packages of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a medium mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 TBS melted butter and 3 TBS sugar; mix well. Press mixture into either four (4”) springform pans or one (7”) and bake for 10 minutes.

Using an electric mixer cream together cream cheese, ¼ cup softened butter, ½ cup sugar and flour until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, then milk, vanilla and orange rind. Continue mixing until well combined.

Spoon mixture into prepared pan(s) and bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes. When fully baked, allow cheesecake(s) to rest in oven , with door open, until oven cools completely.

Remove from oven to cooling rack then loosen sides of pan(s).

In a small saucepan over medium heat combine ¼ cup sugar, cornstarch, water and orange juice; simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Top cheesecakes with orange mixture and chill for 4-5 hours before serving.
