Turtle Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 table spoons sugar
- Chocolate Topping
- Caramel Sauce*
Instructions
Beat cream cheese at high speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1-cup sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until mixture is set. Roast 1 cup pecans with enough butter to cover them. Add sugar before putting them into oven for roasting. Chocolate Topping: 1 can Hershey syrup and 1 bag chocolate chips, melt together. Caramel sauce: 1 cup butter, 1 cup light brown sugar. Melt butter add brown sugar. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk. First add the pecans to cheesecake. Top with chocolate sauce then Caramel sauce.
