Easy Chicken and Chips

An easy casserole is perfect for a busy weeknight. Simply, mix together the ingredients, throw it in the fridge and bake the next day. It doesn't get any easier than that! Topped with cheese and chips for an extra crunch, you're going to love Easy Chicken and Chips.

Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cup crushed corn chips
Instructions
- Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and salsa. Spoon half of this mixture into casserole dish. Top with half the cheese and 1 cup of the crushed corn chips. Repeat.
- Cover with foil and freeze.
- Defrost overnight and reheat in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.
