Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. chicken, cut in pieces
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
- 1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 inch-sized fresh ginger root, crushed
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
Instructions
Marinate chicken pieces overnight. Place chicken in a baking dish. Cook until done. Turn occasionally for even browning.
