"A fusion of Cajun and Russian cuisine, this chicken and mushroom stroganoff is soul-warming comfort food at its finest. Chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic brown down in the pan to form the base of the dish while the chicken breast strips tenderize in the 15-minute briny marinade before being added to the skillet. Then, at the finish, the sour cream, cream cheese, and broth are added to the pot to simmer down into a hearty, filling meal for four.
