Chicken Curry and Rice

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Mix together everything except chicken in a bowl.
- Cover chicken in the mix and let marinade for 30 minutes.
- You can grill the chicken or place it in a baking dish that has been sprayed with no stick spray and bake it for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
For Rice:
- Use 2 cups cooked rice, 1/2 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper, 1/4 cup margerine, and 1/2 cup minced onions.
- Combine onions and margerine in sauce pan on low heat stiring til onions are translucent.
- Add spices and rice, combining well. Let cook for a few minutes until everything has melded well. Serve chicken over rice or side by side.
