- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoon Salted Butter
- 4 tablespoon Salted Butter
- 3 cup White Wine
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 2 1/2 ounce Capers
- 1/4 cup Parsley

Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts into a bowl or plate of flour with a pair of tongs, shaking off excess flour after dredging.
