Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 6 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  1. Add all the ingredients (except for the chicken) to a bowl and mix well. Chop the chicken breasts into small chunks.

  2. Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture and leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

  3. Place the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill until the chicken is cooked (approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally). Serve with chopped red onion and tomatoes!
