Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8-ounce) container mushrooms mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water or cooking wine
- 1 (8-ounce) tub sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Pour the soup, mushrooms and wine in the slow cooker and mix. Add chicken.
- Cook on LOW 8-10 hours or until no longer pink.
- Once chicken is cooked, remove from the slow cooker and cover to keep warm. Place sauce in a medium pan on the stovetop. Mix sour cream and flour together and stir into the pan, cook until thickened. Serve the chicken over rice or noodles and top with sauce.
