NotesYou can add diced bell peppers, freshly cut pineapples, and even onions to the skewers for a Hawaiian beach vibe. To avoid dry and stringy chicken skewers, don’t set the heat to high. The chicken will cook more evenly and thoroughly with a lower temperature. 5-7 minutes is enough to have a perfect and juicy grilled chicken skewer.
