Honey Misoyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 Tbsp Kikkoman shoyu
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp miso (white)
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili sauce (prepared, such as Sambal Oelek)
  • 1/4 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp chopped cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate chicken for about 1/2 hour. Cook over hibachi or broiler. Enjoy!
