Incredibly Quick Balsamic Pepper Chicken
This Incredibly Quick Balsamic Pepper Chicken is the perfect dinner for the guy or gal on the go! All it takes is a few ingredients and a few minutes to whip up this quick chicken dish that's packed full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides of the chicken.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove chicken to a serving platter and keep it warm.
- Mix vinegar, broth, and garlic and add to the skillet. Stir cook over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is reduced and slightly thickened.
- Pour sauce over chicken breasts and serve.
