"Parmesan crusted chicken with chicken, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs may only be 4 ingredients but it makes the most delicious dinner! Parmesan crusted chicken is a family favorite in our house. In fact my daughter is sitting with me right now watching vanlife videos (we’re a little obsessed) and she just looked over and asked if we could have this for dinner again tonight. Which, I think we will, with some sautéed veggies and quick dinner rolls! "
