- 3/4 cup Idahoan buttery homestyle mashed potato flakes
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 ounce)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 1/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
