Roasted Chicken Legs

"Roasted Chicken Legs are cooked with carrots and potatoes on a sheet pan so dinner is ready in under an hour and cleanup is a breeze.I have no idea why I am so late to the sheet pan dinner scene. I have seen a ton of recipes for sheet pan dinners and it always seems like such a good idea. It really is, in fact, a great idea! In addition to cooking everything on one pan so that it is all done at the same time, it means that I only have one pan to clean. I am absolutely in! So, I am pretty sure this is the first of many sheet pan dinners for us."
