Ingredients

  • 2 packet Barbecue sauce mix and dry rub (Sweet Honey)
  • 1 (1-pound) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple orange juice
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 purple onion (chopped into 2 inch pieces)
  1. Mix one packet of dry rub with a cup of pineapple orange juice.

  2. Once you have mixed the marinade, add in your chicken cut into bit sized pieces.

  3. Toss to mix and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Soak your bamboo skewer sticks in water to get them ready for the grill.

  5. Fire up your charcoal grill and start assembling your kabobs. I placed pepper, onion, and chicken on the skewer then repeated those layers.

  6. Mix another pouch of the sauce mix and dry rub with 3/4 cup of pineapple orange juice for a sweet dipping BBQ sauce that can be served on the side.
