Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 can chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can chickpea, undraineds
  • 2 can red kidney bean, undraineds
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small package TVP (about 2 packed cups)
  • 1 to 2 packages of vegan TACO spice (NOT chili spice)

Instructions

Slice the veggies. Dump all in a large pot and simmer for 4 hours, stirring every 10-15 minutes or so.
