Frat House Chili
Here's a recipe for the man's man. This Frat House Chili has heat, spice, and lots of cheap beer, making this the ultimate Crock Pot chili recipe! Make it for a party, a game night, or just as an excuse to use up those extra beers in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 2 pound ground beef
- 3 onions, chopped
- 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped (seeds optional)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 5 tablespoon ground chili power
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bottles cheap beer
Instructions
- In a large skillet brown the meat. Drain off the fat and add the onions, peppers, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Place mixture in slow cooker and add enough beer to cover everything. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or until meat is cooked through. Add more beer throughout cooking process if needed.
