Hot Louisiana Chili

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 tablespoon paprika
- 9 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 tablespoon cumin
- 4 tablespoon instant beef bouillon
- 2 can beer
- 2 cup water
- 4 pound ground chuck
- 2 pound hot pork sausage
- 1 pound chuck roast, cubed
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried habenero peppers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 can hot chili beans with gravy
Instructions
- In a large stock pot, add oregano, paprika, chili powder, cumin, beef bouillon, beer, and water. Let simmer.
- Add ground beef, sausage, and chuck roast in batches until all the meat is cooked.
- Finally, add onions, garlic, olive oil, peppers, sugar, coriander, hot sauce, jalapenos, tomato sauce, and hot chili beans. Simmer 3 hours, adding water if necessary.
