Leftover Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 can (12-ounces) tomatoes
- 1 can (8-ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can (15-ounces) black beans (drained)
Instructions
- Brown the turkey and onions in a large skillet.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except for the beans. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add beans and serve as soon as they are hot.
