Meatless Chili
Just because this slow cooker chili doesn't have meat doesn't mean you can't add it! This one pot dinner is the bare bones of a great chili, and you're more than welcome to add whatever you'd like.

Ingredients
- 1 can (about 12 ounces) red kidney beans
- 3 cup canned stewed tomatoes
- 2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup canned green chilies, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 3 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 ground cumin
- 1 paprika
- 1 dried oregano
- 1/4 hot pepper sauce
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine red kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onions, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, hot pepper sauce, and water. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until onions are tender.
