Spicy Texas Style Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 - ounces) packages of Al Fresco spicy jalapeno chicken sausage
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • yellow pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 can black soy beans
  • 3 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 bay leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice al fresco chicken sausage and sauté with oil, onions, peppers, and garlic.
     
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
     
  3. Cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
     
  4. Crock pot may also be used.
