Triple Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 18 1/2 ounces box deep chocolate, fudge or devil's food cake mix
  • 4 ounces box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 c toasted chopped almonds
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 T amaretto
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • cocoa

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Grease bundt pan and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chips in large bowl and beat 2 minutes with mixer on medium speed. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool on rack for at least 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Drizzle with glaze made of 1 C. powdered sugar, 3 T. milk and 1 tsp. almond extract.
