Triple Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 18 1/2 ounce box deep chocolate, fudge or devil's food cake mix
- 4 ounce box instant chocolate pudding
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c toasted chopped almonds
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 4 eggs
- 3 T amaretto
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c chocolate chips
- cocoa
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Grease bundt pan and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chips in large bowl and beat 2 minutes with mixer on medium speed. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool on rack for at least 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Drizzle with glaze made of 1 C. powdered sugar, 3 T. milk and 1 tsp. almond extract.
