Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon soft butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, salt, butter and peanut butter in a large bowl, stirring until completely mixed and smooth.

  2. Place dough in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes to firm slightly.

  3. Roll approximately 1 tablespoon of dough in your hands. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring until completely smooth. 

  5. Dip the balls into the chocolate, return to the lined sheet.  Return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
