Ingredients
- 8 ounce cake flour
- 8 ounce all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 stick unsalted butter
- 10 ounce light brown sugar
- 8 ounce granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line insulated baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
