Crisp Potato Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 3/4 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in warm water. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
