Fireman's Cookies
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pound butter (4 sticks)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 4 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 large pkg. chocolate chips
- 4 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup nuts
Instructions
Cream eggs, sugars, butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients except oats to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts. Use an ice cream scoop to place 4 on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375F oven until flattened and brown. Freeze the dough you don't use in a plastic bag.
