Gluten-Free Walnut Cookies
"Here’s a delicious and easy-to-make cookie recipe for walnut lovers. It’s also completely gluten-free and dairy-free. The best part is that it requires only 5 ingredients: walnuts, eggs, flax meal, some baking powder and some sweetener of your choice. The sixth ingredient, cinnamon, is optional but I just love the combination of walnuts and cinnamon. Ingredients 1 cup of walnuts 2 eggs 4 tablespoons of flax meal or ground flaxseed Sweetener of your choice (I used 3 tablespoons of maple syrup) 1 teaspoon of baking powder Cinnamon – optional Instructions Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Ground the walnuts. Whisk the eggs, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together. Shape cookies and decorate them with a walnut. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down and enjoy!"
