Kiflings
Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 t almond flavoring
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in flavoring, then 1 c flour, the pecans, and 1 remaining cup of flour. Roll dough into bite-size balls, and bake at 275F for approx 15 min, until just turning brown. Shake hot cookies in powdered sugar for a more festive look.
