Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 roll 7 oz. pure almond paste
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup egg whites slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbs. flour

Instructions

Blend almond paste and sugar in electric mixer. Add egg whites until smooth but not runny. Finally add flour. Pipe out on greased and floured aluminum foil to a diameter of one inch. Leave room for macaroons to double in size. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 15 minutes or until golden. Do not remove from aluminum foil until cool. Makes about 30.
