Scotch Shortbread
Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 2 small cups icing sugar
- 2 cups cornflour
- 4 cups flour
Instructions
Mix butter and icing sugar together than add cornflour and flour. Roll into small balls. Pinch the four corners, flatten slightly and prick with a fork. Bake in slow oven until golden brown.
