Coconut Snowball Cookies

Coconut Snowball Cookies are delightful ball cookies. Rolling them in powdered sugar gives them a powdery effect that makes them look even more like snowballs. Snowball cookies are classic Christmas cookies, and the added touch of coconut is a nice bonus. Make a batch in December and then pass them out to friends and family all month long. These cookies are hard to resist, so you may have to make two batches! Each batch yields 25 cookies.
