- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together sugars, butter, peanut butter, and eggs until fluffy.

Add flour, oatmeal, soda and baking powder, and coconut. Mix well and add chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.
- Drop cookie dough onto cookie sheets and bake for 13 minutes.

Easy to make - be sure to use a large bowl to mix the 10 cups of stuff .... cookies really spread while cooking ... place at least 2 inches apart. 13 minutes was a bit too long .... try 10 and let rest for a minute or so before removing from tray... really tasty and will be making them again ... got at least 5 or maybe it was 6 dozen. lost count ... a keeper...
