Truffle Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt together chocolate, chocolate chips and butter.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Beat together in mixing bowl sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, cocoa, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt.
- Then add the melted choc. mixture to this and chill dough 3 hours.
- Form into balls and bake on ungreased sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
- Roll in powdered sugar after baking.
