Slow Cooker Baked Apples

A sweet treat that the family will love, Slow Cooker Baked Apples are made with a few ingredients, but still taste like a million bucks. Cinnamon, maple syrup, cranberries and fresh apples give this slow cooker recipe a fruity flavor that the family will love. A perfect side for dinner, it may be the best tasting food on your plate.

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoon pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoon natural maple syrup
Instructions

Core the apples half way thru.

Mix the filling-dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and maple syrup.

Transfer the apples to slow cooker and stuff them.

Pop the lid on and let cook for 3-6 hours or until the apples are fork tender.

Enjoy warm with ice cream or if you like you can have them cold as well.
