What could possibly be simpler than chicken portions and a jar of curry sauce? And it makes a really delicious curry! I made this yesterday - everyone in the family enjoyed it and the dish was completely empty by the end of the meal. The only change I made was to use chicken thighs instead of breasts and I also added a fresh chili, chopped, because we like our curry with a bit of bite. I would definitely recommend this dish.

This is a simple recipe. I'm definitely going to make it. I love curry and if you want extra hot curry (the way I like it) you could add in an extra teaspoon of curry spice or garam masala. I would imagine you could make this with cubed beef as well or even lamb.
